SheBird is on a mission to free women from their discomfort. We design chic ready-to-wear wardrobe essentials: tops, tanks, dresses and more. Every style features our SheLove Built-in shape wear layers; bras, shorts and body shapers. No hardware, no seams just comfort and confidence.

SheBird had specific requirements regarding the features expected for their new e-commerce site. Over the course of several workshops, milo 3oneseven defined the functional and technical scope to meet the requirements and meet user expectations.

All SheBird UX and UI workshops were conducted using a mobile-first approach to meet current usage patterns, clear & efficient navigation was created to guide users through their SheBird purchasing journey.

The SheBird company's main objective was to improve cro, roi, site performance and page load times compared to their previous ecommerce technical stack.
