By combining Harley-Davidson’s product development capabilities with the agility of a start-up brand, Serial 1 Cycles aims to provide premium e-bikes. Manufactured using the most advanced cycling technology available, the e-bikes are designed to create a simple and intuitive way to experience the fun, freedom and adventure of a pedal-assist electric bike.

The Serial 1 by Harley-Davidson UX and UI workshops were conducted using a mobile-first approach to meet current usage patterns, clear & efficient Iterative Improvement was created to guide customers through their Serial 1 by Harley-Davidson purchasing journey.

The Serial 1 by Harley-Davidson company's main objective was to improve cro, roi, site performance and frictionless shopping experience compared to their previous ecommerce technical stack.
