Ørestad district is characterized by the strong color coding of the JJW Arkitekter facade and the suspended balcony elements, which with the extensive wind protection almost take on the character of asymmetrical bay windows.

The U-shape of the building encloses an intimate courtyard which faces south towards the adjacent college.
