He advises holistically - from the design, sales, performance and business model level. All words / recommendations are followed by very functional solutions. We successfully set up my shop and established it on the market. TASKS The tasks and my expectations were briefly described by me. Then, in the email dialogue between us, it was specified in detail and finally fixed by Milo and he relied on binding timings for his implementation that I could rely on at any time. In some cases within the same day, often within one day and for larger tasks within 3-5 days, he implemented the tasks up to feedback and approval. Milo organized the final approval separately in writing and quickly incorporated modification requests / feedback from me. These were all on point, were real improvements and made my shop a lot more powerful and competitive. He recommended, designed and implemented. COMMUNICATION Communication with Milo was straightforward, quick, direct, efficient and authoritative. Most of it by email, if necessary by phone. He is a very pleasant and competent contact person. He organizes the implementation and approval process efficiently and bindingly and with absolutely professional communication. LIABILITY He is a very committed advisor and development partner. Reliably and quickly in all matters. COMPETENCIES Milo has a lot of business and development experience, and is also an accomplished Shopify expert. That makes him a comprehensively competent business partner.
