Drexl Spivey is the name of one of the antagonists in the 1993 action-romance film True Romance. He serves as the primary villain for the first quarter of the movie.

Drexl Spivey is a man who is into drug dealing and into pimping hookers in Detroit. He has business deals with a mobster named 'Blue' Lou Boyle, and Boyle's associate, Vincenzo Coccotti. Drexl works dealing drug and pimping. Drexl, who thinks he's African-American, complete with dreadlocks and gold teeth. Assisted by his overweight bodyguard Marty, he's a ruthless individual as shown by his scarred face and one dead eye. Drexl is known for his temper and has been known to beat some of his women when they piss him off.
Drexl Spivey is portrayed by the Academy Award winning actor, Gary Oldman. He also played Norman Stansfield in The 1994 Film The Professional, Egor Korshunov in the 1997 film Air Force One and Carnegie in the 2010 post-apocalyptic film The Book of Eli, Mason Verger in Hannibal, Jean-Baptiste Emanuel Zorg in The Fifth Element and Vladislav Dukhovich in The Hitman's Bodyguard.

Enraged, Drexl fights Clarence, and with Marty's help gets the upper hand. He finds Clarence's address in his wallet and tells Marty to go there and bring Alabama back. Clarence pulls out a gun, kills Marty, and shoots Drexl in the groin and face, killing him. He also unknowingly takes Drexl's cocaine, setting the rest of the story in motion.
