Theme based on the beautiful Hemingway theme.

The
Hemingway forum is quite a good place to start with.

Added features:

- page bar on top
- huge(?) header
- improvements in footer e.g. jump cut top links

Just IE6 bugs me as usual, but every other browser is showing it exactly the same way, looking forward to fix the IE bug…
