Can a WordPress theme be accessible on a cell phone, PDA or iPhone? Well, yes, the WP Journal with a fluid layout without using any plugins, additional stylesheets or hacks.
How to test it: Get the latest version of Opera, open Shop, select from the view tab “small screen”, voila, there you have it.
Everything renders very fine, even the flash gallery is accessible, all done via a fluid layout.
Test it on a Sony or Nokia.
All done with NO additional stylesheet, just a fluid layout and some CSS tweaks.

ket← You have to try it, the theme has no extra tweaks to work on pda’s, so it might not work.
on Nov27 07Not that I know of, the WP specs doesn’t mention any changes in the tables section, but in the WP admin section, e.g. look, comments and so on.
That shouldn’t affect the themes.
on Dec5 07i was wondering, would i have to select this theme in wp, or if someone got to my site via mobile, would their fone auto select it?
