Got rid of Windows Vista glossy bars and windows, created a new Vista theme and wallpaper with some dark styles after having a light theme for the last months, gradients and shades from light grey (#ccc) to dark grey (#333) with some animated coloured icons, special font (century gothic.tff) and a new skin for the Winamp player.
