I’ve started the revision of Insomnia a while ago, due to clients work I’ve had to make a break, this way I want to say a BIG thank you to all my clients: you are great!. Last night I’ve had to code some mapping and tweaking of a database, Over worked and exhausted, couldn’t sleep, so I finished the coding for the mockup, here is the first psd, I’ve created another mockup for the single page view, have still to tweak some bugs and validate it, but I’m very pleased with the finish, as I could establish almost everything, what I wanted like the projects slider in the footer as well as a good functions php, therefore less plugins to work with:

1. delicious player
2. hover titles
3. exec plugin
4. related post / tag cloud
5. search everything
6. recent comments
7. breadcrumb

That’s seven plugins less, but I have to check for updates to keep the theme compatible for new WP releases.
Anyway, I prefer the new outfit for Insomnia to the current one for milo, maybe a switch? Of course it’s a fluid layout with max width enabled to break long lines of text, four different layouts enabled via the template files for the frontpage, the gallery, pages, single posts and the sitemap.
