Back from kite surfing over the weekend at lago di garda, fantastic days, cold weather BUT good winds. 
Only twelve degrees, but this way all the nice weather sports were out of town and we had the entire beach and lake for us reserved.
Friday started with halfway good weather, no rain and good winds.
Saturday was rainy and cold (9degrees), but terriffic winds and good loops.

Looks like still bad weather conditions.
