iA have an interesting series about Branding Crimes on their site: while the first part describes the Missing Brand on Toyota’s corporate site:

The decision to leave out the logo in the upper left or right corner goes back to obnoxious paper based branding guidelines: »Use the logo as a lay over in pictures only…«

the second part features the Stealing Interfaces of Nokia’s new phone:

“If there is something good in the world then we copy with pride.”
